The center is located in Galicia, Spain. Specifically in the region of Ulloa, province of Lugo. The nearest airport is in Santiago de Compostela, an hour’s drive away.
It is a large capacity accommodation, where they can accommodate large groups of up to 80 people, all of them distributed in a house with multiple rooms, hostel and double and triple cabins.
The house is by the river and surrounded by forests and meadows. They have hammocks in summer and an Indian teepee.
It is a special place where in addition to yoga retreats we can find multiple options of varied carvings of personal growth: meditation, shamanism, sound workshops… the price varies depending on each workshop.
As for the food during the stay we find food is homemade, vegetarian menu, abundant and varied. The cost of the menu is 12 euros: starter, 1st and 2nd course, dessert, infusions and coffee. All this always made with fresh and seasonal vegetables, products from the region and organic cereals.
They have two yoga rooms, glazed, in wood. One is 90 square meters that communicates with another of 110 square meters, in total 200 m2. Large groups of 80 people can fit.
Santiago Nicolás, the owner of the house chose this way of life years ago and we have the center among all.
The natural environment is a marvel and the food the strong point of the house.
