Located near Puerto Viejo in the Costa Rican Caribbean we find this Wellness & Yoga retreat center.
To get to it from Juan SantaMaria International Airport in the capital San Jose, you take a local flight that takes 45 minutes to Limón Airport and from there you take a shared transfer that will take us in 1 hour this wonderful place , all managed by the same accommodation.
In it we will find 5 standard bungalows (for 2 people each), 2 family bungalows (for 4 people each) and two standard rooms with shared bathroom (for 2 people each), in total we are talking about a capacity for 18 people. All this surrounded by spectacular nature.
They perform complete retreats shared room including 3 vegetarian meals per day, 2 yoga sessions, 1 massage and 1 sauna session. The retreats are from Saturday to Saturday. They are taught in Spanish or English.
In case you would like to hire extra massages the prices are: 70 min $80 and 90 min $102
As for the different disciplines of yoga can offer: hatha, yin, flow, nidra.
They also accept private bookings from yoga schools for private retreats.
They have a yoga room with capacity for 20 people and a secondary room with a capacity for 8 people.
