Naturalia is located near the city of Iquitos, Peru. The easiest way to get there is with a direct flight from Lima airport. There are daily Iquitos – Lima flights with Latam Airlines, Sky Airlines, Viva Air and Star Peru. It is advisable to plan the arrival in Iquitos 1 day before the start of the retreat, and the return to Lima one day after the last day of the retreat. Once in Iquitos, the Naturalia team will pick up the group in the city center and take them to Naturalia (about 1 hour trip from Iquitos)
Once we arrived at the accommodation we find five spacious private ecological cabins in the heart of the Jungle, with the magical sounds of nature to sleep and the perfume of the jungle upon waking. The cottages have a private bathroom (showers are in a shared common area), mosquito net and personal hammock. If necessary, it is possible to add a bed to share the cabin.
The Shala yoga is a space of 100 square meters. It is built in the local style, with wooden floor and leaf ceiling.
In its wonderful facilities we also find a natural pool in which we can bathe and integrate with the energy of Mother Earth.
In Naturalia they organize retreats and also accept reservations from yoga schools that want to organize their own retreat.
The price of your retreat includes: – Pick up in Iquitos – 3 meals daily (vegetarian and vegan options) – drinks (tea, coffee, natural juices) – fruits all day – 9 sessions of Yoga – 4 meditation sessions – 4 workshops of paintings with natural pigments – 2 ceremonies c On Native Shaman – Jungle Walks with Guide – Bonfire Nights
Vegetarian and vegan options are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Natural juices, fruits, herbal tea, and/or coffee are available all day. They have a local chef who loves to present visitors with typical dishes of the local cuisine, such as grilled fish, coconut sauce, etc. All meals and drinks are included in the total price of the weekly retreat
They also offer relaxing massages with essential oils that need to be booked in advance. The price is 60 U$D / 50 euros per hour.
They have 2 yoga teachers with which we can practice kundalini, hatha and vinyasa. They also have a meditation teacher.
Your retreats are weekly starting every Monday.
